Berezin Vasilii

Born in 1992 in Moscow, Russia, Vassili Berezin is a director, actor and musician. Trained at the Moscow Institute of Dramatic Art (GITIS), he founded his company, Binary Biotheatre, in 2015. He has staged a very large number of plays inspired by Russian culture, literature, history. The question of art as close to the audience as possible is central to his concerns. Because of the political orientation of his work, he can no longer pursue his work in Russia. In France since 2022, he is a member of l’Atelier des artistes en exil.
