Return of the aa-e Cinema Club

17.01.2025
6 rue d'Aboukir

We are pleased to announce the grand return of the aa-e Cinema Club, a space for meeting and reflection around the cinema, which opens its new season on Friday, January 17 at 7 PM.

We invite you to discover the film Neutrinos and Andyrtau by director Maryam Makhieva, a fascinating documentary that takes us deep into the Caucasus Mountains, to a place that is both scientific and mystical: the Baksan Neutrino Observatory.

The Baksan Neutrino Observatory is a unique site located 4000 meters underground in the Caucasus Mountains. Russian astrophysicists capture a ghostly particle—a neutrino emitted by the Sun and the stars of a distant galaxy.

Screening details:

  • Date: Friday, January 17
  • Time: 7:00 PM
  • Location: Atelier des Artistes en Exil, 6 rue d’Aboukir, Paris 2nd

The aa-e Cinema Club is an open space for everyone to come together, discuss, exchange, and meet around new films, documentaries, fiction, and short films from diverse backgrounds. It is a friendly and accessible gathering where the diversity of cultures and perspectives is celebrated through cinema.

We look forward to seeing you at this first screening of the year!
