Rustam Adiukov

Born in Russia, Rustam Adiukov moved to France in May 2023. An artist and shoe designer, he creates his works as true pieces of art, blending traditional and contemporary techniques. A graduate of the Kossyguine Institute of Light Industry and the Volga-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration, he explores design, sculpture, and embroidery through unique creations. His works are part of public and private collections, including the Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg and the Klompen Museum in the Netherlands. He exhibits internationally, from the Oiseau du Bonheur Contemporary Art Biennale in La Rochelle to the Viennese Shoemakers’ Ball in Austria, and the MIDEC exhibition in Paris, where he has won several awards. At the same time, he develops a workshop for decorative object design and leads art workshops for children. Since December 2023, he has been the assistant to sculptor Stéphane Gérard. He is a member of the agency of artists in exile.
