Mohannad Mike Shnsho

Born in 1989 in Damascus, Syria, Shnsho is an architect, scenographer, visual artist, and DJ. A graduate in architecture from the University of Damascus, he left Syria, transited through Lebanon and Turkey, and arrived in France in 2022. Since 2014, he has been a co-founder of UV LAB, a design studio specializing in the creation of sculptures and site-specific installations, as well as architectural scenographies for music festivals, using natural and recycled materials. He worked alongside Khaled Alwaera on the Kraken, a monumental installation at SUBS in Lyon in 2022. He is considered one of the first Syrian artists to immerse himself in psychedelic trance music, performing at numerous music festivals and organizing psytrance events and festivals in Lebanon and Turkey, helping to develop this scene. He has been a member of the workshop for artists in exile since May 2022.
