Born in 1995 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, Anastasiia Filimonova, known as Avesta, is a costume designer for film and theater, as well as a jewelry designer. She works for film, theater, commercial photography and music videos, as well as developing stage and exhibition spaces. Her production and design credits include La cage cherche un oiseau, selected for the Berlin Film Festival in 2023, Saint-Pétersbourg brillant, Un jour d’Alice in 2022 and the film Katia in 2021. She joined the Agency of Artists in Exile in 2024.
