Directed by young unaccompanied minors and the artist Amer Abazid. Followed by a short concert of Mijose Mpuisani (singing and piano).
For 5 weeks, the agency of artists in exile and its artists* have proposed to young people to discover various forms of art within the agency : creation of masks, introduction to piano, guitar, drums, singing, afro-contemporary dance, video, photography.
Encounters, experiments, curiosity, audacity, conviviality… Between reportage and personal expression, “Ça tourne !” gives an inside look at moments from this series of 14 artistic practice workshops captured by the young people themselves.
The film’s soundtrack is composed of snippets played by the apprentice musicians, arranged by composer Mijose Mpuisani and sound engineer Daniel Blanco.
