Maxim Rakhmatullin

Born in 1996 in Moscow, Russia, Maksim Rakhmatullin is a composer, sound designer, and sound engineer. He followed a musical education and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Law from RTFA. A member of the artistic community Kruzhok since 2017, he founded Radio Kruzhok in 2019, which gained a large following. In 2021, he co-founded and directed the artistic programming of Erring Bar. Also a DJ, he performs under the name Cotton Pills. In France since 2023, he is a member of the Agency of Artists in Exile and coordinates the aa-e radio.
