    Born in 1990 in Beirut, Lebanon, Cindie Chams is a visual artist. Through photography and painting, she seeks to express the quest for a fragmented identity in mutation. Her approach focuses on deconstructing the bodies, whether they are living, real or imaginary. She exhibited her work in group shows at the 2017 and 2018 Rencontres d’Arles, and also in exhibition STOP WARS in Magasins généraux in 2022, in the frameworks of Festival Visions d’exil. She joined the Agency of Artists in Exile in 2021.
