Born in 1987 in Moscow, Russia, Anna Romanova, alias Anna Lebedeva, is an academic and pop singer, pianist, and dancer. A graduate of the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts GITIS in Moscow, she performed in several plays, including Medea by Alexei Nikonov, directed by Pavel Artemyev as the lead actress; Vow Maidens directed by Yury Ardashev in 2020; and the Playwrights’ Workshop project. She teaches theater and singing at a preschool education center. She is also a soloist in a bossa nova group and a member of the performance group at the Afro-American Music Center. She has been a member of the Agency of Artists in Exile since 2023.
