biography

Born in 1999 in Moscow, Alisa Cayoo (from her real name Alisa Ponomarenko) is a multidisciplinary artist, working at the intersection of fashion and jewelry. She studied at HSE ART AND DESIGN SCHOOL in Moscow, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design in 2021. Alisa Cayoo works with various mediums: objects, digital prints, and ceramics. The artist creates immersive installations incorporating sound, light, and performance. She is a member of the Agency of Artists in Exile.
