Born in 1990 in Leningrad, Vlada Milovskaya is a Russian filmmaker, artist, performer and poet. She is a founding member of the independent theater laboratory Vokrug da Okolo / Circumambulation (2014-2021). She specializes in working with non-professional actors in feature film productions and researches non-hierarchical methods of collaboration in the film industry.

As an experimental filmmaker, she directed the film The Light Watching Me While I Watch the North (dir. Knjazhna, Vlada, 2021) and the web series Gospodinpiska (dir. Knjazhna, Vlada, 2020-2021). Upon her arrival in France in October 2022, she became a member of the Agency of Artists in Exile.
