Haydar Omar

Born in 1995 in Damascus, Syria, Omar Haydar is a guitarist. He has been playing music since the age of 15, and improvises his scores by using his environment to express his emotions and memories. He works as an actor and musician on plays that are translated into Arabic and English for cultural projects and the press. In 2012, he left Syria for Lebanon, but both countries ended up banning his permanent residency. He left for France in 2016 and currently divides his time between France and Holland.
