Wita

Born in 1989 in Belemboulghin, Burkina Faso, Wita, whose real name is Albert Tougma, is an author, actor and comedian. In 2011, he took a professional training course on woodworking in Accra, Ghana. He arrived in France in 2016, sold self-made jewelry (Bijoudafrik) with his sister, then enrolled in the programme of the school of One man show in Paris in 2017 and became member of the agency of artists in exile in 2019. He plays in festivals and open stages (at the Entracte in Poligny, the Théâtre Odyssée in Levallois, Le Point Virgule, La Comédie de Paris, the Théâtre Dalayrac and the Théâtre Le Bout in Paris), and writes his own stand-up show Du paradis à Paris.
