Born in 1979 in Yekaterinburg, Russia, Dmitrii Lordatii (Naum Bleek) is a poet and hip hop artist. He studied journalism at the Ural State University. He was a member of the rap group EK-Playaz with whom he recorded 5 albums, before signing his first solo album Re-poets, which includes rap versions of Russian poetry classics and from which a show was born. He performs with the jazz trio Denis Galushko. He speaks out against corruption, injustice and lack of freedom, and published a book of poetry I am a cat. In 2021, he released the album and the collection of poems Adverbe. He co-wrote the libretto and participated in the children’s dance show The Little Hunchbacked Horse by Vyacheslav Samodurov. Opposed to the invasion of Ukraine by his country, he takes refuge in France and becomes a member of l’Atelier des atistes en exil. He performs in concerts and during poetry readings.
