Born in Paris, France, in 1986, Ariane Hoareau is a Franco-Russian singer and actress. A graduate of GITIS in Moscow, she trained in opera singing and musical theatre. Between 2011 and 2015, she formed a French chanson group and performed in concerts, musicals and musical shows in Moscow. In 2015, she returned to France to further her training in opera singing at the Centre d’art lyrique de la Méditerranée (CALM) and at the Conservatoire de Nice for a year. Having settled in France since the war in Ukraine, she gave a recital for the Fête de la musique at the Bibliothèque Forney and performed in the show Sony La bombe à hydrogène (The Hydrogen Bomb) based on Sony Labou Tansi at the Festival Visions d’Exil in 2023, at the Dynamo de Banlieues Bleues and at Montévidéo. She performs under the direction of Vasili Berezin. She has been a member of the agency of artists in exile since 2022.
