Pavel Polshchikov

Born in 1998 in Moscow, Russia, Pavel Polshchikov is a multimedia artist. Graduating in 2022 from the Rodchenko Art School in Moscow, he works with graphics, sculpture, video and fabric printing. Before leaving Russia in 2022, he was co-curator of the independent workspace for artists “IP Vinogradov”. He presents his work in solo exhibitions such as Elevator Litany. Fast Hiss, Stockholm in 2023, Hiding the Yellowcake at Objectcommunity, Tbilisi in 2023, and Red Order: footprints in the snow, Off-site, Moscow in 2022. His practice explores the visual representation of knowledge and power, as well as the sacred and profane. He currently lives and works in Paris, and has been a member of the agency of artists in exile since 2024.
