Born in 1993 in Kolomia, Ukraine, Cristina Zaharchuk is a sculptress and a visual artist. She was graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts in Kiev, in sculpture department. She participated to various projects such as ; the realization of a sculptural portrait of the Queen Elizabeth II, artistic direction and creative redaction for the clothing brand My Sleeping Gypsy, the co-foundation and creative direction of the fashion brand YAWP, modeling for Anna Naduda’s project, Biomorphs at the sculpture square in Kiev. Also, she participated to numerous exhibitions in Ukraine, Paris and Prague. In 2017, she founded a multicultural creation space and she organized more than 150 events. She is the co-founder and the artistic director at the Art Center 001 in Kiev. She taught academic drawing and sculpture in freelance from 2015 to 2020 in Ukraine. Because of the war with Russia, Cristina Zaharchuk left her native country, she arrived in France in 2022, she is a member of the agency of artists in exile.
