Ghandi Adam was born in Um Kadada, Sudan in 1976. Adam plays the flute and after living in France for about ten years, he founded the Lamma Orchestra, a protean group that mixes Sudanese music with a nilo-groove style jazz. The orchestra is composed of musicians from all around the world. His mission as an artist is to popularize the music in the form of a support platform called “Music for All”. The foundation of “Music for All” is a choir that engage others to learn nilotic songs. Concert evenings are organized with different European partners. He is a member of the agency of artists in exile.
